Cooking Steps
Step 1: To prepare Baked Potato-Spaghetti Rolls Recipe, cook spaghetti in a pan of water as per the instructions mentioned on the spaghetti packet, drain and cool it when done
Step 2: Peel and cut potato into small pieces and boil in a pressure cooker for about 3 whistles and mash it
Step 3: Powder the croutons in a mixer

Step 5: Coarsely bend in coriander leaves, ginger, green chili in the mixer and keep it aside
Step 6: Chop the cooled spaghetti into small pieces and keep it aside
Step 7: Add potato, spaghetti, croutons, coriander leaves mix, salt into a single pot
Step 8: Add few drops of lemon
Step 9: Mix and mash everything together
Step 10: Take a small portion and make them into oval shaped balls
Step 11: Do the same for the rest of the mixture
Step 12: Place them on a tray, covered with a cling film
Step 13: Keep them in a refrigerator for a minimum of 20 minutes
Step 14: Preheat Oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
Step 15: Take an Oven tray and brush oil
Step 16: Covering with aluminum foil is optional
Step 17: Take the potato-spaghetti rolls and place them in the tray
Step 18: Brush oil
Step 19: One side is enough
Step 20: Place the tray inside the oven and bake for 30, and keep checking at every 15 minutes
Step 21: Brush oil if necessary but this is optional
Step 22: Flip the pieces once the bottom side is cooked
Step 23: Generally, the bottom side gets cooked faster and it again depends on your oven
