Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
Wash potato thoroughly. Pat it dry with a paper towel.
Slice the potatoes.
Cooking Steps
In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chilli powder, and salt to make a spice mixture.
Place seasoned potato directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet lined with aluminium foil.
Rub the spice mixture on all the potato slices.
Bake the potato in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes or until it's tender when pierced with a fork.
Once potato slices are fully baked, remove it from the oven.
Garnish the potato with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
