Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour along with red chili powder, and salt. Add a water to make a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a thin, round cheela (pancake).
Cook the cheela on medium-low heat until it turns golden brown and crisp on both sides.
Once the cheela is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.
For Wrap Filling:
In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, sliced carrot, cucumber, and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Spread mint chutney evenly over the cooked millet cheela.
Place the filling on one edge of the cheela and roll it tightly to form a wrap.
Serve hot.
