Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture and mix well to form a smooth batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat. Add a few drops of oil and spread it evenly across the pan.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
Cook the cheela on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot.
