Wheat flour, atta

Sattu Flour
4 tbsp (60g)
Carom(Ajwain) Seeds
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Mustard oil
2 tsp (10g)
Niger seeds, black
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, sattu, ajwain, kalonji, red chili powder, salt, and mustard oil. Mix well.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Take a small portion of the dough, roll it into a ball, and flatten it with your palms.
Add a tablespoon of sattu filling in the center and bring the edges together to seal the ball.
Place the stuffed balls on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Serve it.
