2 slices (60g)
Avocado
0.25 cup, sliced (50g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Black Pepper
1 tsp (2g)
lemon juice
1 tbsp (15g)
Olive Oil
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Chilli flakes
0.5 tsp (1g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp (10g)
Instructions
Preparation
- Mash the sliced avocado using a fork until smooth.
- Mix in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Cook the ragi bread on the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Place slices of ragi bread on a serving plate.
Spread a 1.5 tbsp of the avocado mash on top of the bread.
Repeat for the remaining bread slices and serve.
