Step 1: To begin making Avalakki Bella Usuli recipe, wash poha thoroughly with water and drain the excess water

Step 2: Soak poha in a cup of warm water for about 5 minutes

Step 3: Drain the water and set asideIn a mixing bowl, add soaked poha

Step 4: Combine grated jaggery, grated coconut and cardamom powder

Step 5: Mix them well such that they are combined together

Step 6: Serve Avalakki Usuli with some grated jaggery on the top
