Apple

Baby Spinach
0.5 cup chopped (100g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps

Add the chopped apple, spinach leaves, and sattu to a blender.

Pour in 1/2 cup water. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Blend everything until smooth. Do not strain the smoothie to retain the fiber.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
