Step 1: To make apple and onion chutney, first heat oil or butter in a pan

Step 2: Now add onions and cook till the onion becomes soft and brown

Step 3: After browning, add ginger, apple, salt, jaggery, red wine vinaigre, all spice powder and thyme leaves

Step 4: Cook until the apples are soft
