Preparation
-. Wash the apple thoroughly, peel it, and grate finely using a grater.
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan, add 2 tbsp oats and 200ml water. Stir well to avoid lumps.
Cook the oats over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the grated apple to the saucepan and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the apple becomes soft and blends well with the oats.
Turn off the heat and mash the mixture thoroughly using a spoon or masher until smooth and lump-free.
Let the dish cool slightly before serving to the infant. Ensure it is warm and not hot to suit the baby's needs.
