Preparation
- wash and chop the apple.
Cooking Steps
In a small saucepan, bring water to boil over medium heat.
Add the chopped apple and rolled oats to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the apple and oatmeal are soft and tender.
Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
