Apple
1 cup, chopped (200g)
Mint leaves
20 gms (20g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Add the chopped apple and mint leaves, to a blender.
Pour in 1/2 cup (100ml) of water. Adjust the water quantity based on your desired consistency.
Blend everything until smooth. Do not strain the smoothie to retain all the fiber and nutrients.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
NotesYou can also add 1 tbsp Sattu flour (Optional).
