Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Apple Burfi Recipe, scrape coconut and churn it into a fine paste without adding any water in a mixer grinder
Step 2: Keep aside
Step 3: Peel and chop apples
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, mix chopped apples, coconut paste ,condensed milk, chopped nuts, raisins and milk
Step 5: Mix well
Step 6: Heat ghee in a pan
Step 7: Add this apple mixture and stir well
Step 8: When the moisture dries up, colour changes to brown and leaves the sides of the pan,add cardamom powder
Step 9: Give it a nice mix
Step 10: Cook for few seconds and switch off the flame
Step 11: Grease a dish with ghee and pour the mixture on it
Step 12: Let it cool
Step 13: Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Step 14: Garnish with chopped nuts, raisins and cherries
Step 15: Run a knife around the edges, cut it in the shape of barfi and serve
