Step 3: Once cooled, remove the seeds from them
Step 4: Add the boiled amla, salt, green chillies & a pinch of asafoetida in the blender and blend until smooth
Step 5: Take some oil for tempering in a pan, add mustard seeds to till
Step 6: Once they start to crackle, add the dry red chilies and fry for a minute
Step 7: Switch off the flame
Step 8: Add the tempering to the chutney
Step 9: Serve hot
