Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Andhra Style Peanut Chutney Recipe, first put peanuts, red chillies in a pan and cook them until the peanuts turn light brown
Step 2: After cooking, turn off the gas and keep it aside
Step 3: Now heat the water in a saucepan
Step 4: Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
Step 5: Remove the skin from the tomato and keep it aside
Step 6: Now in a mixer grinder add tomato, peanut mixture, garlic, salt, some water and grind it well to make a paste
Step 7: Now heat the oil in a tempering pan for tempering
Step 8: Add urad dal, curry leaves and cook for 1 minute
Step 9: Add this tempering to the chutney, mix and serve
