Step 1: To make guava chutney, first peel and chop the guava

Step 2: In a microwave pan, add 1/3 cup of water and salt

Step 3: Let it cook for 10 minutes and then cool

Step 4: Remove the seeds from the guava and mash it

Step 5: Now add guava, green chillies, peanuts, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, good, salt and paste into a mixer grinder

Step 6: Now heat oil in a small pan for tempering

Step 7: Add black urad dal, curry leaves and let it cook for 10 seconds

Step 8: Add this tempering to the chutney and serve

Step 9: Serve guava chutney with kirai sambar, beetroot thoran and rice
