Step 1: To make the pungent and sweet amla chutney, first of all, pour the amla in the pressure cooker with a little water and cook till 3 whistles

Step 2: After the pressure comes out, open the cooker and take out the seeds from the amla

Step 6: Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and let it cook for 10 seconds
