Instructions
Cooking Steps
Toast the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let them cool.
In a blender, grind the toasted sunflower seeds and sesame seeds to a fine powder.
Add the amaranth seeds and chia seeds to the blender and blend everything until you get a fine powder.
Store the protein powder in an airtight container and use as required.
