Instructions
Preparation
For Boiling Potato:
-Wash potatoes and place in a pressure cooker with enough water.
-Cook on high heat until 1-2 whistle.
-Lower heat to medium-low and cook for 5–7 mins.
-Turn off heat; let pressure release naturally.
-Once cooled, peel and mash as needed.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, whisk the skimmed milk curd until smooth.
Add mashed boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, and finely chopped green chili. Mix well.
Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
