Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Aloo Patta Cabbage Vegetable Recipe, first wash the potatoes and cabbage thoroughly
Step 2: Peel and cut the potatoes and keep them in water so that they do not become black
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan
Step 4: Add cinnamon, long, bay leaf, fennel, cumin seeds and cook for 1 minute
Step 5: Add onions and cook till the onions become soft
Step 6: After the onion becomes soft, add cabbage, potatoes and cook it for 1 minute
Step 7: Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, some water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 8: Cook until the vegetables are soft
Step 9: Garnish with green coriander and serve
Step 10: Serve the Aloo Patta Gobi Sabzi Recipe along with Spinach Dal, Bundi Raita and Phulka for dinner
