Instructions
Cooking Steps
Wash, peel and cut the aloo and gobhi. At the same time, chop green chili and grate ginger. Keep it aside.
In a wok, heat oil and sauté green chili and ginger for a minute and then add gobhi and cubed aloo and cook for 15-20 mins.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and let it simmer on a medium flame.
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Serve hot.
