Potatoes
1 cup, diced (200g)
Onion Finely Chopped

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Boil the potatoes until they are soft and tender. Drain the water and let them cool for a few minutes.
Peel the potatoes and mash them using a fork or potato masher.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add minced garlic, chopped onion and green chili. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
Add the mashed potatoes and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the flavors blend together.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
