Step 1: To make potato and radish leaves vegetable, first wash and cut radish leaves

Step 2: Now heat oil in a pan

Step 3: Add radish leaves, salt and let it cook till the leaves become soft

Step 4: Keep it aside

Step 5: Now heat the oil in the same pan

Step 6: Add cumin seeds, dry red chillies and cook for 10 seconds

Step 7: After 10 seconds, add garlic and let it cook for 30 seconds

Step 8: Then add potatoes to it

Step 9: After 1 minute add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder

Step 10: Mix and cook until the potatoes are cooked

Step 11: Now add radish leaves and mix

Step 12: Allow to cook for 30 seconds and serve hot

Step 13: Serve potato and radish leaves with Rajasthani lentils and phulka for dinner
