-Soak almonds in water for few hours.
Cooking Steps
Blend the soaked almonds in a mixer till coarse and keep it aside.
In a saucepan add almond milk and water giving it a boil followed by add the almond coarse paste. Cook it on a medium flame by continuous stirring till the desired consistency is obtained.
The soup is ready to be served. You can sprinkle salt and black pepper powder at the time of serving.
