Soak the Almonds:
- Soak the almonds in water for 8-10 hours or overnight. This softens the almonds and makes them easier to blend.
- Drain and peel the skin off the almonds after soaking.
Soak the Seeds:
- Soak the pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, and poppy seeds in water for 4-6 hours. Drain before use.
Cooking Steps
Blend the Ingredients:
- Add the soaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, and poppy seeds into a blender.
- Add 4 cups of water.
Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
