Instructions
Preparation
Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, garlic minced, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the chicken breast and coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly with olive oil.
Pour a ladle of batter onto the skillet and spread it out into a thin circle (like a pancake).
Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
For the Chicken Filling:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add marinated chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove and slice into strips.
Assembling the Wrap:
Place almond flour wrap.
Add sliced chicken.
Roll the wrap tightly, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
