Broccoli

Mustard oil

Instructions
Preparation
- Roast the fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, nigella seeds, and mustard seeds lightly in a pan. Grind them coarsely to make achari masala.
Cooking Steps
Heat mustard oil in a pan on medium heat until it starts to smoke slightly.
Add the prepared achari masala (the coarsely ground spice mix) to the hot oil. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Stir well.
Add the broccoli florets and toss them in the spice mixture to coat evenly.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli becomes tender but retains a slight crunch.
Sprinkle garam masala and lemon juice over the broccoli. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm.
