Preparation
Wash the mango thoroughly under running water to remove dirt.
Peel the mango using a knife or peeler. Ensure no skin remains as it can be tough for infants to digest.
Cut the mango into small chunks, removing the seed.
Cooking Steps
Place the mango chunks into a blender or food processor. Alternatively, you can use a hand masher for a more textured puree if the baby is comfortable with it.
Blend until you get a smooth, lump-free puree. Avoid adding water, as ripe mangoes usually have enough moisture.
Transfer the puree to a clean, sterilized bowl. Use a baby spoon to serve.
