- Using a vegetable peeler, slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin ribbons.
Cooking Steps
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
Add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
Add the zucchini ribbons to the skillet and toss well with the garlic oil.
Cook for few minutes until the zucchini ribbons are tender but still have a crunch.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
