Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, crumbled paneer, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small ball. Flatten it with your palms and dust it with some wheat flour.
Roll the dough ball into a small circle.
Place a small portion of the zucchini-paneer mixture in the center of the rolled dough circle.
Bring the edges of the circle towards the center and seal the dough, ensuring that the filling does not come out.
Dust the stuffed ball with some wheat flour and roll it gently into a paratha.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the rolled paratha on it.
Cook the paratha on both sides, applying a minimal amount of oil, until it turns golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
Serve hot.
