Preparation
-Grate tempeh cubes.
Cooking Steps
Wash and soak moong dal overnight.
In a mixing bowl, combine soaked the moong dal, grated tempeh, finely chopped onion, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Preheat a non-stick tawa or pan over medium heat. Grease it with a little oil.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval kebab.
Place the kebab on the tawa or pan and cook on medium heat until it is golden brown on both sides. Flip it occasionally to ensure it is cooked evenly.
Repeat the process with the remaining mixture until all the kebabs are cooked.
Serve hot.
