Preparation
Cook/ Boil the whole wheat macaroni according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain the water and set aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes turn mushy.
Add the sliced green bell pepper and green peas to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still retain their crunch.
Add the boiled macaroni to the pan and mix well so that the vegetables and spices coat the macaroni evenly.
