Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
Add the oats flour and stir for 1-2 minutes until the flour is lightly toasted.
Gradually add the skimmed milk while continuously stirring to avoid any lumps.
Add salt and black pepper, nutmeg powder and stir well.
Cook the sauce for 3-4 minutes until it thickens to your desired consistency, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute before serving.
