Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, fenugreek powder, and flaxseed powder.
Gradually add water, a little at a time, and knead into a soft, pliable dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls.
Lightly flour a surface and roll each ball into a thin, circular disc.
Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the hot tawa.
Cook for 30 seconds, then flip to the other side. Cook for another 30 seconds, pressing gently with a spatula for even cooking.
Flip again and cook until brown spots appear. Remove from heat.
Serve warm.
