Cooking Steps
Mix quinoa Flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead for 5-7 mins.
Rest dough 15-20 mins under damp cloth for better texture.
Make a ball, Flatten and shape into disc, and roll gently into even roti.
Cook on medium-hot tawa 30s-1 min each side, until bubbles and light brown spots form.
Gently press to puff if needed.
Serve hot.
