Instructions
Preparation
-Wash, peel mad grate apple.
-Chop almonds.
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan, dry roast broken wheat for a minute and add water. pressure cook it till 1-2 whistles
Add low-fat milk to the cooked Broken wheat dalia and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
Turn off the heat and transfer the porridge to a serving bowl.
Garnish with chopped almonds, grated Apple and pitted Date.
Serve the wheat porridge warm and enjoy.
