Dust a rolling board with dry wheat flour and roll each portion into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place the rolled roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to appear on the surface.
Flip the roti over and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until brown spots appear on both sides.
