Instructions
Cooking Steps
In pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and roast.
Add chopped onions, green chilies. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir well.
Add dalia and roast for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Add water and stir well.
Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 3-4 whistles over medium heat.
Let the pressure release naturally.
Garnish with lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
