Wheat Bran Flour
0.5 small cup (40g)
Wheat Flour (Atta)
0.5 small bowl (60g)
Plain Water
0.25 small cup (70g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine wheat bran and wheat flour.
Gradually add water and knead the dough until it is smooth and pliable. You may need to add more water or flour as needed to achieve the right consistency.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook for about a minute on each side until it starts to puff up and brown spots appear.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
