Cooking Steps
:
In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, wheat bran, and salt. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt to prepare the stuffing.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll them into balls.
Roll out each ball into a small circle and place a spoonful of the onion stuffing in the center.
Bring the edges of the dough together to enclose the stuffing and roll it back into a ball.
Gently roll out the stuffed ball into a roti using a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pan or tava over medium heat.
Place the stuffed roti on the heated pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.
