Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a utensil , add water, after water is warm add vermicelli and boil them for 5 min."
Firstly, in a kadai heat oil add dried red chilli and few curry leaves.
Add ginger and green chilli. Saute well.
Add chopped onions and saute slightly.
Add chopped vegetables. Saute for a minute.
Add turmeric and salt. saute for a minute. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or till vegetables turn soft.
Add in cooked vermicelli and mix gently. Do not over mix as vermicelli will get mashed.
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
