Instructions
Cooking Steps
Boil water in a pot. Once the water comes to a boil, add the wheat vermicelli and cook for 3-4 minutes until it is soft. Drain the water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked.
Add chopped capsicum and green peas and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the cooked wheat vermicelli and mix well, ensuring the vegetables are evenly distributed.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
