Rice dosa
1 medium (100g)
Paneer
1 small bowl (50g)
Onion Finely Chopped
1 small onion (30g)
1Tomatoes Chopped
1 small tomato (30g)
Capsicum, green
1 small katori (30g)
CARROT
1 small katori (30g)
Common salt

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix the grated paneer, chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and carrots. Add salt, black pepper powder, and cumin seeds. Mix well and set aside.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Grease it with a little oil.
Pour a ladleful of dosa batter on the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to make a thick pancake.
Spread a spoonful of the paneer and vegetable mixture on top of the dosa.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the uttapam and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the uttapam and cook the other side until it is golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter and paneer-vegetable mixture.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
