Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, gram flour, crumbled paneer, grated carrots, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add water gradually and mix well until you get a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Grease the pan with cooking spray or oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circular shape.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is also golden brown.
Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
Serve hot.
