Ingredients
Onion Finely Chopped

Common salt

0.5 small cup (50g)
Chopped Carrot
0.25 small cup (25g)
Chopped Green Chilli

Instructions
Preparation
soak the steel cut oats overnight
Drain the water and grind the oats to a fine paste. Mix them together in a bowl and add water as needed to get a smooth, pourable batter. Add salt and mix well. Let the batter ferment for 8-10 hours or overnight.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease it with a little oil or cooking spray.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin uttapam. Sprinkle some chopped green chili, onion, carrot, bell pepper, over the uttapam.
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the uttapam. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
Flip the uttapam and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining batter and toppings.
Serve hot.
