Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the dish.

Place the final layer of noodles on top of the vegetables and spread the remaining tomato sauce on top.
