Instructions
Preparation
Cook/Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add chopped garlic, green chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add shredded cabbage, sliced carrot, sliced bell pepper, and chopped green beans. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still have a crunch.
Add boiled noodles, soy sauce. Mix well, ensuring the noodles and vegetables are coated in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
