Instructions
Preparation
Boil chickpeas until soft and mash them slightly or blend coarsely.
Mash boiled potato.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, boiled potato, grated carrot, chopped spinach, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
Add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round or oval kebabs.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Place the kebabs on the pan and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp. Alternatively, bake the kebabs in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve hot.
