Soya chunks (Nutrela)
0.25 cup (50g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Garlic paste
1 tsp (5g)
Ginger Paste
1 tsp (5g)
Garam Masala
1 tsp (3g)
Olive Oil

Paneer Homemade (Toned milk)
0.5 crumbled, cup (100g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)

Preparation
-Soak soya chunks in warm water for few mins, squeeze out excess water, set aside
Cooking Steps
In a mixer grinder, grind the soaked soya chunks and cubed paneer to a fine paste.
In a mixing bowl, add the soya & paneer paste, finely chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round kebabs.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot.
