Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped turnips and stir to coat the vegetables in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the turnips are tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
